Does my diet affect fibromyalgia?

Answered By Eric Falwelle, Editor

There is no specific diet proven to influence fibromyalgia although some people with fibromyalgia report feeling better when they eat or avoid certain foods.

It is very important for patients to eat healthy and balance diet. Proper nutrition gives more energy and makes people generally feel better; it also helps in avoiding other health problems.
