The most common drugs used to treat fibromyalgia are analgesics such as tramadol; non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that include aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen sodium; antidepressants like serotonin and norepinephrine; benzodiazepines such as clonazepam and diazepam; and others.
